Yes! Many tutors offer free courses. You can filter by price on the course listing page. Free courses require you to create a free account — no payment details needed.

Go to your Student Dashboard and click My Courses. All your enrolled courses appear there with your progress percentage.

No. Video content streams directly on the platform and cannot be downloaded. This protects tutors' intellectual property. You can access course material as long as your account is active.

Certificates are automatically issued when you complete 100% of a course's lessons and pass any required quizzes. Download your certificate from your dashboard under Certificates.

Yes — within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 10% of the course content. See our full Refund Policy.

Your progress is saved automatically. You can resume from where you left off at any time. There is no expiry on access to enrolled courses.

Yes, there is no limit on how many courses you can enroll in simultaneously.

Click your name in the top navigation bar and select Profile & Settings. From there you can update your name, phone, country, profile photo, and change your password.

For Tutors

Register at Register as Tutor. Fill in your profile and upload a KYC document for identity verification. Once verified, you can start creating courses.

Paid courses are free to upload — no subscription required. If you want to offer free courses, you need an active subscription plan. This helps us maintain platform quality.

We offer Starter (Ksh 500/month, 5 courses), Standard (Ksh 1,500/month, 20 courses), and Unlimited (Ksh 5,000/month). Visit your dashboard to view and subscribe.

By default, tutors receive 70% of the net course price (after applicable taxes). The platform retains 30%. For example, on a Ksh 1,000 course with 0% tax, you earn Ksh 700. See the full Commission & Tax Policy.

Earnings are credited to your NTGlobalAcademy wallet immediately upon confirmed payment. You can view your balance in Earnings on your dashboard.

Go to Earnings → Request Withdrawal from your tutor dashboard. The minimum withdrawal is Ksh 500. Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days via M-Pesa or bank transfer.

Videos: MP4. Documents: PDF, PPTX, DOCX. Course thumbnails: JPG, PNG. Videos are stored and streamed via the platform. Recommended resolution: 1080p or higher.

Yes! Use the built-in screen recorder in the course lesson editor. It records audio, screen, and webcam, then exports as MP4 which you can upload directly.

You will be notified by email with the reason for suspension. You can log in and submit an appeal from your dashboard. The super admin reviews appeals typically within 5 business days. See our Terms of Service.

You can unpublish a course at any time, which hides it from new students. Deleting a course that students are already enrolled in is restricted — contact support if you need to remove content for legal or copyright reasons.

Payments & Billing

We accept M-Pesa (Kenya) and Visa/Mastercard via Stripe. All transactions are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Additional payment methods may be added.

Yes. NTGlobalAcademy does not store card numbers. Card payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). M-Pesa payments use Safaricom's STK Push — we only receive confirmation of payment, not your PIN.

M-Pesa STK Push payments can occasionally take up to 2 minutes to confirm. Refresh your dashboard. If you're still not enrolled after 10 minutes, email support@ntglobalacademy.com with your M-Pesa transaction code.

No. The price shown on the course page is what you pay. NTGlobalAcademy does not add surcharges. Your mobile money or bank provider may apply standard transaction fees on their end.

If you complete more than 10% of a course's lessons, you are no longer eligible for a refund. The system tracks your progress automatically. Submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase via the support email. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Where required by Kenyan law, VAT (currently 16%) is deducted from the gross course price before the tutor/platform revenue split. Tutors are responsible for declaring their own income tax. See Commission & Tax Policy.

A purchase record is available in your Student Dashboard under Order History. If you need a formal tax invoice, contact finance@ntglobalacademy.com.

For Advertisers

Yes. NTGlobalAcademy accepts advertising from brands and businesses relevant to our learner community. We offer banner placements and sponsored content. Contact advertise@ntglobalacademy.com for a media kit and rates.

We do not accept advertising for: alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult content, cryptocurrency schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), competing e-learning platforms, or any content that violates our Content Guidelines.

We provide impression and click reports for all active ad campaigns. Our team reviews campaign performance monthly and will proactively flag underperforming placements.

Minimum monthly ad spend is Ksh 5,000. Volume discounts apply for commitments over Ksh 50,000/month. Email us for a custom proposal.

Tutors may include their professional website, LinkedIn, and social media links on their tutor profile. However, direct promotional links within course lessons or descriptions to paid external services outside the platform are not permitted.

For Auditors

Auditors are trusted internal or external reviewers assigned by NTGlobal Technologies. They have read-only access to platform data — courses, users, orders, and transactions — for compliance, quality assurance, and financial auditing purposes.

Auditors can view: all published and unpublished courses, user account lists (without passwords), order and transaction records, wallet balances, and enrollment statistics. They cannot modify any data.

Auditor accounts are created by the Platform Administrator (Admin) upon request from NTGlobal Technologies management. External auditors must sign an NDA before being granted access.

All auditor sessions and data exports are logged. Auditors may not share, copy, or distribute any platform data outside of an officially authorised audit engagement.

NTGlobalAcademy is operated by NTGlobal Technologies, a technology company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are committed to making quality education accessible across Africa and beyond.

The platform interface is currently in English. Course content may be in any language — tutors specify the language of their courses on the course listing.

Use the Report button available on any course page, or email reports@ntglobalacademy.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate within 5 business days.

Go to Account Settings → Account → Delete My Account. You will need to confirm your password and type DELETE. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Email support@ntglobalacademy.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, EAT).
